Data we process, and why
We process the data you give us when you get in touch: through the forms on this site, by email, by sending an application, or by talking to the Chatwolf assistant. We also collect technical browsing data through technical cookies. This version of the site uses no analytics or marketing cookies.
- Contact requests - name, company, work email address, role, phone number if you leave one, and the content of your message: to answer your request.
- Applications - name, contact details, area of interest and the CV you attach: to assess your application.
- Conversations with the Chatwolf assistant - the text you write and the answers generated: to answer your questions and, if you leave your details, to have a person get back to you.
The Chatwolf assistant makes no automated decisions about you: it does not assess, profile or screen. What it collects serves to get your request to a person.
Please do not put data that your request does not need into the form, the CV or the chat, in particular sensitive data.
Legal basis
- Consent, to be contacted following a request and to have an application assessed.
- Performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures, when the request concerns our services.
- Legitimate interest in answering questions asked through the assistant and in keeping the site secure.

Retention
- Contact requests: 24 months from the request.
- Applications and CVs: 12 months, unless you tell us otherwise.
- Conversations with the assistant: 12 months.
- Technical browsing data: for as long as needed to keep the site secure.
Deletion is automatic once the period is over, and you can ask for it earlier at any time.
Recipients and suppliers
We do not sell or share your data. It is accessible to our authorised staff and to the suppliers providing us with technical services, appointed as data processors under art. 28 GDPR and bound to process it only on our behalf.
- Hosting and infrastructure services.

- Storage services for the documents attached to applications.
- Generative artificial intelligence services, to run the Chatwolf assistant.
The current list of individual suppliers is published on the Subprocessors page.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some suppliers are based in the United States. Transfers are made on the basis of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission (art. 46 GDPR) or of an adequacy decision, with the applicable supplementary measures. The Subprocessors page states the country and the safeguard for each of them.
If you send us an application
The data and the CV you send are processed to assess your application and, with your consent, to consider you for future roles. We keep them for 12 months, after which they are deleted automatically together with the file.
CVs are stored in a private space, not reachable from a public address, and are accessible only to the people involved in the selection.
Please do not include in your CV data that the assessment does not need, in particular the data covered by art. 9 GDPR: ethnic origin, religious or political beliefs, trade union membership, health or sex life. If you send it anyway, we process it only for the selection and on the basis of your consent.
You can ask for deletion at any time by writing to hello@statwolf.com.
Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. Requests go to hello@statwolf.com and we answer within thirty days.
For erasure, the request is carried out across all systems: contact requests, applications, attached files and conversations with the assistant.
